wonderful family vacation
many activitiesfood varietyspecial christmasdance show
the hotel had many activities. there were waterslides, volleyball, a gym, and tennis. my kids really liked it. the food offered much variety, so everyone could find something to eat. christmas day was special with activities all day. dinner was great, and the evening featured a good show and dj.
i found that the entertainment in the evening consisted mostly of dancing. i believe they could improve this by including magicians or different types of shows.

this hotel features multiple pools and an aquapark. it provides easy access to facilities at two sister hotels. these include aqua blue and aqua vista, both within a short walk. one offers an additional water park suited for younger children with a large water bucket.

the hotel is near senzo mall, a short taxi ride away. other shops and a bazaar are also easily accessible. the ride typically costs around a dollar by app taxi. larger stores are about a 2-3 dollar taxi ride.

the rooms are cleaned every day, and staff maintain a high standard. cleaning staff often create decorative swans from bedding covers. this added a unique touch to the stay. i stayed in family room.

the staff understands english, and this helped me a lot during my vacation. the reception team is available at all times and very supportive. i found the animation team also wonderful and very helpful .

The hotel staff was attentive. Ahmed Houssin kept drinks filled, a really sweet gesture. The rooms remained clean. They were well kept. The water slides provided a fun activity!
The food was repetitive. I wished for more variety. There was a weight restriction on some slides. Not all pools were heated, disappointing since the weather was cooler.

The aqua park was AMAZING. It kept everyone entertained throughout the stay.
The check-in process was a NIGHTMARE it took over an hour! The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. the smoking policy is bizarre smokers could light up ANYWHERE. I'm sorry, but breathing second-hand smoke while trying to relax by the pool is NOT my idea of a vacation.

the hotel had a lot of pools available. it took a while to walk around the premises. the gym was a good amenity and remained open all day. the staff members were friendly and helpful.
the selection of food for children was not great. i found the pools to be quite scanty. the air conditioner in my room did not work very well. the beach was also located far away from the hotel.

The hotel has lots of swimming pools!!! they have restaurants, parties and a kids play area. i really enjoyed the time at the multiple pools. It was amazing!!!
sometimes the reception wait was a bit long.
